Our Audit Team
Quantum’s experienced team takes a person-centred approach to auditing, focusing on the rights of people with disability.
Our audit teams include a Lead Auditor and a Consumer Technical Expert. The Consumer Technical expert is a person with disability who is engaged for their specialist knowledge, abilities and empathy for the life experiences of people with disability.
Quantum's audit personnel have completed the National Standards for Disability Services training and diversity and inclusion training.
Our auditors are screened for suitability and have undergone probity checks, including reference checks, a National Police Record Check, a Working with Children Check, and a Vulnerable Person Check.
Our auditors undergo regular assessments, performance reviews and professional development to maintain their expertise in the disability and human services sector.

Quantum conducts audits proportionate to the services delivered by NPA providers who deliver independent assessment services for the Supported Wage System, Ongoing Support and Workplace Modifications.
