Quantum offers National Standards for Mental Health Services (NSMHS) audits.

Quantum offers National Standards for Mental Health Services audits for organisations that must be audited according to funding body requirements or are seeking to improve their performance and service delivery to consumers.

The National Standards for Mental Health Services 2010 apply across various mental health services, including bed-based and community mental health services, clinical and non-government sectors, primary care, and general practice.

Please note - the offering of NSMHS is only for community organisations ‘ non accredited’ and not for clinical providers who may also align this with National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) standards.

Assessment Process

The assessment process commences with you completing a self-assessment.

Quantum then conducts the initial audit. This is followed by a mid-cycle audit at eighteen months and a recertification audit after three years.
